I build the programs and systems that help people do good work together.

I spent fifteen years at SLB, a global company in a famously volatile industry. I started as a geophysicist and later built new businesses from the ground up. The part I loved most was always the people. I mentored folks through technical certification, coached a sales team through a messy platform change, and co-led a 3,000-person employee community focused on mindfulness and wellbeing.

Closer to home, I sit on the board of Impact Austin, the city's largest women's collective giving circle, where I co-chair the membership committee. I write The Volunteer Lens, a Substack about volunteering, giving, and who holds power in mission-driven work. I am a certified Search Inside Yourself facilitator and a PMP.

​

I am looking for my next full-time role in program management, project management, or operations, especially where the work involves members, volunteers, or community. I also facilitate workshops and speak about volunteerism, community building, and leadership.

I take work seriously, but never myself.
