The last 13 years of my career have all been with the same company in the same industry. I have held many positions that span technical operations, technical sales, business development, sales operations, special project management, and product development. Exploring the Human Dimensions of Organizations
In December 2023 I graduated from the Human Dimensions of Organizations programs at the University of Texas at Austin. This 15 month master's of arts program merges disciplines (including psychology, sociology, anthropology, history, political science, and philosophy) to study organizations and workplaces, and the people who make up those spaces.
Women's Leadership Development
For my graduate degree capstone research I studied women's leadership development programs, their role in promoting (and hindering) gender equity in the workplace, and my own lived experiences as a participant in many leadership programs over my career. I share a bit of my research both in my writing page and on Medium.
Volunteerism & Community
Finding ways to serve is something I feel very passionate about.
This part of my life is still a work-in-progress here in Austin and I look forward to discovering charities and organizations that I can dedicate my passions to here in Texas's capital.
